Return & Refund Policy

Returns Accepted

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at support@lumesupply.co with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Lume Supply Co. is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition — unused, undamaged, and in original packaging where applicable. Returns that arrive damaged, used, or missing components may be refused or subject to a partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that differs from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumesupply.co with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund at your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the buyer
  • Custom or special orders
