These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lume Supply Co. website at lumesupply.co and any orders placed through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Wholesale Account Requirement

Lume Supply Co. is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our products are sold exclusively to registered retailers, boutiques, salons, resort shops, and other resale businesses. By creating an account and placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for resale purposes and that you are authorized to do so on behalf of your business.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel accounts that do not meet our wholesale buyer criteria at our sole discretion.

2. Account Registration

An account is required to browse products and place orders. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@lumesupply.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when registering and to update that information as needed.

3. Minimum Order Requirement

A minimum order of 3 dozen (36 units) is required per transaction. Orders that do not meet this minimum cannot be completed. You may mix and match styles across any collection to reach the minimum.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed per dozen in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Volume pricing tiers are applied automatically at checkout based on your total dozen quantity:

• 1–10 dozen: Base price per dozen
• 11–24 dozen: Base price minus $4.00 per dozen
• 25+ dozen: Base price minus $6.00 per dozen + free shipping

Lume Supply Co. reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an order is placed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of checkout. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely. Lume Supply Co. does not store your full payment information on our servers.

6. Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled, and any payment collected will be refunded in full.

7. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier. Lume Supply Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

9. Product Descriptions & Images

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all descriptions are complete, current, or error-free. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and photographic conditions. If you receive a product that materially differs from its listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

10. Resale & Use of Products

Products purchased from Lume Supply Co. are intended for resale by your business. You are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable laws, regulations, or licensing requirements in your jurisdiction related to the sale of eyewear products.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design elements — is the property of Lume Supply Co. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lume Supply Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, or data loss. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Lume Supply Co. operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our site shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
